In collaboration with Pfizer and Parsons School of Design. The goal of the project was to develop an innovative strategy for Pfizer to become more patient centric. The research process led us to talk to doctors, patients, pharmacists, industry leaders, and Pfizer employees. Ultimately, in order to circumvent many of the legal processes and barriers, the Patient Art Collective was born, a safe place where patient emotions and feelings can be expressed through art. This became an innovative way for Pfizer to rethink its relationship to patients and open a new way to communicate with them.
