The international real estate developer Brookfield wanted to collect strategies for its new residential development in New York City's Greenpoint area. This presentation was assembled researching about the main things that create community in Greenpoint, food, nature, and historical significance. Our strategic design team developed a Venn diagram and adjacent as part of a methodological strategy that can help Brookfield contribute and build a prosperous community with new residents and existing Greenpoint residents.
